International Orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail. (Mininum charge is $45)..or via Fed Ex (Mininum Charge is $75.) Larger items, multiple items, or some countries may require additional postage. Please Email us for an exact quote.
Adams Intl KnifeWorks offers only the finest knives and collectibles from around the world, so you can be assured of personal satisfaction; however, if you are unhappy for any reason, you may return the item to us (in the same condition as purchased), within 7 (Seven) days for a prompt replacement, exchange, credit, or refund. (Shipping charges are not refundable). IMPORTANT: All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restock fee. Disassembly of any item will void both the manufacturer’s warranty and our guarantee. Almost all knife brands we offer feature a limited lifetime warranty from the manufacturer or maker. (The exception would be Italian Classics, and other foreign made models which do not have a warranty).
If you have a defective item that you are returning for service (after 7 days of your purchase), and the manufacturer requires you to go through us for service, please note that this service is not free..You are required to pay the shipping costs to the manufacturer and then the shipping costs back to you..In addition, the manufacturer may charge a fee for servicing your knife. (this may occur if the item is missing parts).. The mininum charge for returns is $20. This is for Benchmade, Protech,Kershaw, Zero Tolerance, Microtech, and most other American Made products. This amount is for the shipping charges to the company, then back to you; we're not making any money on the deal, we are just covering the shipping charges. For warranty information feel free to contact us via email or phone. In the case you must return an item, please email first for a return authorization instructions and to obtain our return address.
We ship via USPS (US Postal Service). Add $10 Shipping to all Orders Regardless of Size. Includes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery, however most items are delivered within 3-5 days (via Priority Mail). Signature Confirmation is used so you have to sign for your package. Please make sure your "ship to" address is USPS (US Postal Service) deliverable.
Express Mail (Overnight) is available for $35 regardless of size. All Express shipments are made via USPS .. Most are delivered the next day, (Excluding Sundays and Holidays), by Noon or 3pm depending on your location.
PLEASE NOTE: Some addresses, (especially rural locations), take two (2) days through USPS. ALSO Alaska & Hawaii require 2 -3 (two/three) business days for USPS Express delivery. For example: if you order on Monday, your package will arrive on Wednesday). This applies only to certain zip codes, not all; to be sure visit www.usps.com or email us.
Generally, if you place your order by 12 Noon, (Central Standard Time), via Express, you will get it the next day.....Puerto Rico and other US Territories are classified as International Shipments; so the shipping costs fall under international shipping and shipped via USPS... We have many satisfied customers from all over the world and look forward to doing business with you. We will work with you and declare the item at a lower value so you can avoid duties, and mark as a gift if you desire. All International orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail EMS through USPS (US Postal Service) with a mininum cost of $45, or via FedEx, with a mininum cost of $75.
USPS EMS provides you with a tracking number and delivery is usually within 10-14 days, (depending on your customs clearance). USPS Express Mail starts at $45 for most countries. Slightly higher for large bulky items, and/or multiple items. (If you have a multi item order and shipping via international, email us for an exact quote on shipping). Fed Ex starts at $75 and the shipping time is usually 2-3 days.
Payment for International orders must be via 1) Money Order in US Funds in advance, 2) Direct Wire Transfer to our Bank account or 3) Western Union. We no longer accept payment via PayPal.
We DO NOT accept credit/debit cards as payment for International orders. Western Union is quick and easy and can be done in just mintues online, Email us for the name of our Payee Representative.. Direct Wire Transfer from your bank to ours is also accepted, Email us for our banking information and the SWIFT Code required by your bank to make the transfer.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for items seized through International customs. Know your laws before you ask us to ship..Shipping costs are not refundable..If the item is refused entry into your country then you must pay the return shipping back to us. If the item is seized you will not receive a refund.
Shipping costs are not calculated on some countries when you check out using our shopping cart: (RE: Ukraine, Thailand, etc)..Let us know what item(s) you are interested in and we will send you a PayPal invoice for the total plus the shipping price ...
Normal International Shipping Rates range from $45 for USPS Express to $75 for Fed Ex. (This may vary; if your order is large (multiple items), or for oversized items such as a large bowie)..These are your two options; if you have a preference let us know, otherwise we will ship via USPS Express.
All items pictured on our site are in stock and ready to ship; however on occasion we may not of had time to remove an item that is sold out or is no longer available. After hours, leave your name and number and we will be glad to return your call.

We will not ship to an address or individual different than the billing address of the credit/debit card. This is to prevent credit card fraud...We do this to protect you..You may be asked to provide a faxed copy of an I.D. or other information. We apologize for such inconvenience, however find it necessary to prevent fraud. If you have done business with us before you won't have any problems; if you have not, expect such delays and make sure your billing address is correct.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Personal Checks (held until cleared), Money Orders and online payments via PayPal. We do not accept American Express. Please make sure your billing address is correct when filling out our secure online order form; if it does not match your credit card we cannot and will not ship your item. Note that when mailing in a check or money order that you have to mail the payment in first to us..This is not a COD arrangement..We do not accept COD orders.

Important Note When using PayPal: After you have transfered funds using PayPal, you must wait for PayPal to re-direct you back to our website and then you must hit the final confirmation button on our site so we know what items you ordered.
