ORDERING INFORMATION
All Orders Add $10 Regardless of Size..Express Mail is $35. International Orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail.Mininum charge is $40.. Larger items or multiple items may require additional postage. Email us for an exact quote.
Note when creating an account online...When you register online to create an account, and enter your state, make sure you type the entire name of the state,...(Do not type in the abbreviation of the state).....There is no "pull down menu" for the states..
Guarantee:
Adams Intl KnifeWorks offers only the finest knives and collectibles from around the world, so you can be assured of personal satisfaction; however, if you are unhappy for any reason, you may return the item to us (in the same condition as purchased), within 7 (Seven) days for a prompt replacement, exchange, credit, or refund. (Shipping charges are not refundable). IMPORTANT: All non-defective returns are subject to a 10% restock fee. Disassembly of any item will void both the manufacturer’s warranty and our guarantee. Almost all knife brands we offer feature a limited lifetime warranty from the manufacturer or maker. (The exception would be Italian Classics, and other foreign made models which do not have a warranty).
If you have a defective item that you are returning for service (after 7 days of your purchase), and the manufacturer requires you to go through us for service, please note that this service is not free..You are required to pay the shipping costs to the manufacturer and then the shipping costs back to you..In addition, the manufacturer may charge a fee for servicing your knife. (this may occur if the item is missing parts).. The mininum charge for returns is $20. This is for Benchmade, Protech, Microtech, Lone Wolf, and most other American Made products. This amount is for the shipping charges to the company, then back to you; we're not making any money on the deal, we are just covering the shipping charges. For warranty information feel free to contact us via email or phone. In the case you must return an item, please email first for a return authorization instructions and to obtain our return address.
Shipping:
We ship via USPS (US Postal Service). Add $10 Shipping to all Orders Regardless of Size. Includes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and all U.S Territories. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery, however most items are delivered within 3-5 days (via Priority Mail). Signature Confirmation or Delivery Confirmation is used so you may have to sign for your package. Please make sure your "ship to" address is USPS (US Mail) deliverable.
Express Mail (Overnight) is available for $35 regardless of size. All Express shipments are made via Fed Ex or USPS (our choice), unless you are Alaska or Hawaii which then are shipped USPS.. Most are delivered the next day, (Excluding Sundays and Holidays), by Noon or 3pm depending on your location. Some addresses, (especially rural locations), take 2 days through USPS. ALSO Alaska & Hawaii require 2 -3(two/three) business days for USPS Express delivery. For example: if you order on Monday, your package will arrive on Wednesday). This applies only to certain addresses, not all. Generally if you place your order by Noon CST via Express you will get it the next day)..To be sure check with us first....Puerto Rico and other US Territories are classified as International Shipments; so the shipping costs fall under international shipping and shipped via USPS... If you prefer another carrier such as UPS (United Parcel Service), , just let us know, however the shipping costs are higher for UPS. For UPS Shipments, the cost is $20 for regular ground service. For UPS Next day/Second Day, or 3 Day please inquire for a price quote.....
International Orders: We have many satisfied customers from all over the world and look forward to doing business with you. All International orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail EMS through USPS (US Postal Service) or FedEx. USPS EMS provides you with a tracking number and delivery is usually within 10-15 days, (depending on your customs clearance). Express Mail starts at $40 for most countries. Slightly higher for larger items, and/or multiple items.
Payment for International orders must be via Intl Money Order in advance, or direct wire transfer to our Bank account. We also accept payment via PayPal on orders up to $350: Our PayPal address is: adamsinternational@yahoo.com. On orders over $350 direct wire transfer or money order is the only form of payment accepted, or Western Union.
We DO NOT accept credit/debit cards as payment for International orders. International Money Order in US Funds, direct wire transfer or PayPal is required. Most international customers use PayPal..Our PayPal address is: adamsinternational@yahoo.com
Please note that we cannot be responsible for items seized through your customs. Know your laws before you ask us to ship..Shipping costs are not refundable..If the item is refused entry into your country then you must pay the return shipping back to us. If the item is seized you will not receive a refund.
Shipping costs are not included in the total on some countries: (RE: Ukraine, Thailand, etc)..We will send you a PayPal invoice for the total shipping price if it does not show up during checkout...Normal International Shipping Rates are $35 for USPS Express and $75 for Fed Ex. (Varies if your order is large or for oversized items such as a large bowie)..These are your two options; if you have a preference let us know, otherwise we will ship via USPS Express.
Orders:
All items pictured on our site are in stock and ready to ship; however on occasion we may not of had time to remove an item that is sold out or is no longer available. We will confirm your order via email when it is placed. If you have any questions about specs or availability of customized items feel free to email anytime at adamsinternational@yahoo.com or call us direct at 618-656-9868 during normal business hours which are Monday thru Friday 8am to 4pm Central Time. After hours, leave your name and number and we will be glad to return your call.
Note that all prices are subject to change without notice at any time; we are not responsible for typo errors. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address or any individual for any reason.
We will not ship to an address or individual different than the billing address of the credit/debit or paypal address provided. This is to prevent credit card theft...We do this to protect you..You may be asked to provide a faxed copy of an I.D. or other information. We apologize for such inconvenience, however find it necessary to prevent fraud. If you have done business with us before you won't have any problems; if you have not, expect such delays or help us out by providing the three digit security code on the back of your card, (you can provide this information in the comment box during checkout), and make sure your billing address is correct. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Personal Checks (held until cleared), Money Orders and online payments via PayPal. We do not accept American Express. Please make sure your billing address is correct when filling out our secure online order form; if it does not match your credit card we cannot ship your item. Note that when mailing in a check or money order that you have to mail the payment in first to us..This is not a COD arrangement..We do not accept COD orders.

If paying by PayPal you must have a verified address. Important Note When using PayPal: After you have transfered funds using PayPal, you must wait for PayPal to re-direct you back to our website and then you must hit the final confirmation button on our site so we know what items you ordered. Do not exit Paypal too early!! Wait until you are re-directed back to our site, then press order confirm, otherwise we won't know what you ordered!
