ORDERING INFORMATION

All Orders Add $10 Regardless of Size..Express Mail is $30. (Overnight to most addresses), but not all, (some addresses require two (2) days for delivery); to confirm next day service please email us, or check www.usps.com)

International Orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail.Mininum charge is $35. Larger items or multiple items may require additional postage. Email us for an exact quote.

Adams Intl KnifeWorks offers only the finest knives and collectibles from around the world, so you can be assured of personal satisfaction; however, if you are unhappy for any reason, you may return the item to us (in the same condition as purchased), within 10 days for a prompt replacement, exchange, credit, or refund. (Shipping charges are not refundable). Disassembly of any item will void both the manufacturer’s warranty and our guarantee. Almost all knife brands we offer feature a limited lifetime warranty from the manufacturer or maker. (The exception would be Italian Classics which do not have a warranty). 

If you have a defective item that you are returning for service (after 10 days of your purchase), and the manufacturer requires you to go through us for service, please note that this service is not free..You are required to pay the shipping costs to the manufacturer and then the shipping costs back to you..In addition, the manufacturer may charge a fee for servicing your knife. (this may occur if the item is missing parts).. The mininum charge for returns is $30. This is for Benchmade, Protech, Microtech, Lone Wolf, and most other American Made products. For warranty information feel free to contact us via email or phone. In the case you must return an item, please email first for a return authorization instructions and to obtain our return address.

Shipping:

All Orders Add $10 Shipping Regardless of Size. Includes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and all U.S Territories. All orders are shipped via Priority Mail with the United States Postal Service or via Fed Ex , (our choice). Please allow 7-10 days for delivery, but most items are delivered within 2-3 days (via Priority Mail). Signature Confirmation or Delivery Confirmation is used so you may have to sign for your package. Please make sure your "ship to" address is USPS (US Mail) deliverable.

Express Mail (Overnight) is available for $30 regardless of size. All Express shipments are made via USPS (US Postal Service). Most are delivered the next day (excluding Sundays and Holidays), by Noon or 3pm depending on your location. Some addresses require 2 business days for delivery. Express Mail Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may require 2-3 days..To be sure check with us first....Puerto Rico and other US Territories are classified as International Shipments; so the shipping costs are slightly higher.. For an exact delivery time, please check with us prior to placing your order via our email address: adamsinternational@yahoo.com

International Orders:  We have many satisfied customers from all over the world and look forward to doing business with you. All International orders are shipped via Express Mail EMS through USPS (US Postal Service) or FedEx International Priority or International Economy.

USPS EMS provides you with a tracking number and delivery is usually within 5-8 days. Express Mail starts at $35 for most countries. Slightly higher for larger items, and/or multiple items.

FedEx shipping also provides detailed tracking, however it is more costly, but faster, with delivery via Intl Priority within 2-3 days and Intl Economy within 3-5 days. Price varies with the country but averages $65 for a 1lb package for Intl Priority or $55 for Intl Economy. If you request FedEx please email first for a shipping price quote.

Payment for International orders must be via Intl Money Order in advance, or direct wire transfer to our Bank account. We also accept payment via PayPal: Our PayPal address is: adamsinternational@yahoo.com.

We DO NOT accept credit/debit cards as payment for International orders;  International Money Order in US Funds, or direct wire transfer is required. If paying via Money Order we will hold your item until payment is received. Please note that we cannot be responsible for items seized through your customs. Know your laws before you ask us to ship..Shipping costs are not refundable..If the item is refused entry into your country then you must pay the return shipping back to us. If the item is seized you will not receive a refund.

Orders:

All items pictured on our site are in stock and ready to ship; however on occasion we may not of had time to remove an item that is sold out or is no longer available. We will confirm your order via email when it is placed. If you have any questions about specs or availability of customized items feel free to email anytime or call us direct at 618-656-9868 during normal business hours which are Monday thru Friday 8am to 4pm Central Time.

After hours, leave your name and number and we will be glad to return your call. If you email us about an item and we don't respond, please email again as sometimes emails end up in the "spam" folder or are lost in "cyberspace". Note that all prices are subject to change without notice; we are not responsible for typo errors. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any address or any individual for any reason.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Personal Checks (held until cleared), Money Orders and online payments via PayPal. We do not accept American Express. Please make sure your billing address is correct when filling out our secure online order form; if it does not match your credit card we cannot ship your item. Note that when mailing in a check or money order that you have to mail the payment in first to us..This is not a COD arrangement..We do not accept COD orders.

If paying by PayPal you must have a verified address. Important Note When using PayPal: PayPal USERS PLEASE READ!  After you have transfered funds using PayPal You must wait for paypal to re-direct you back to our site and then you must hit the final confirmation button so we know what items you ordered. Do not exit Paypal too early!! Wait until you are directed back to our site, otherwise we won't know what you ordered!
