Hello Knife Collectors!

Welcome to AIK- Adams International Knifeworks!

We have been around longer than most other dealers, (since 1987) and specialize in all things automatica, and unique opening.

We've been selling automatic knives before there was an "internet" and helped design along with Les De Asis, (now deceased), and distribute Benchmade's first automatic (now called the AFO), back in 1990-1991. We worked with Al Mar, in 1992, and helped distribute the"GPA" (General Purpose Auto) in 1992, and worked with A.A. Sanders (now deceased) and helped him introduce his coil activated scale release auto, and worked with Mike "Whiskers" Allen, and helped him introduce his spring assist model and scale release autos.

We have seen many makers, dealers, and companies come and go over the years, however AIK has been, and will always be, the original and best automatic knife-switchblade dealer.

We have one of the Largest Selections of Automatic, One Hand Opening, Switchblade, Gravity Fed and Unique Opening Knives available and offer the collector and professional Exclusive Automatic Knives found nowhere else.

AIK's "In House" Custom Shop = features Master Engraver Andrew Lee Adams. Andrew  produces some of the most beautiful HAND ENGRAVING in the industry and has worked with several knife companies and makers.

Other dealers claim to have a "custom shop", but basically all they can do is have a machine Laser Etch a pattern on a handle for them.  AIK has the only "real" "in house" custom shop! AIK can actually create a "one of a kind" custom piece that will appreciate in value.

In addition to Hand Engraving,  AIK specializes in Hand File Work,  Milgrain Work, Handle Replacement & Inlay and Stone Setting. We can apply these arts into your current knife; manual or auto opening.

Currently, AIK & (Andrew Lee Adams), along with Mike Alsdorf, (Custom Maker from Winfield, MO) make the finest HANDMADE Italian inspired Switchblades; The "Brown Recluse:, which features a mini fulcrum release lever on the backspring and The "Vindicator 9.0" which is a "Button open/Button Close Integral Frame.

We also make a Double Action Liner Lock Auto called the "Xquisite II", and a fixed Blade Boot Dagger with a Stainless and/or Micarta frame dubbed the "Interceptor".

AIK is an Authorized Dealer for Benchmade, Protech, Piranha, Microtech, Hubertus, AGA Campolin, Hogue, Gerber, Kershaw, and many other High Quality USA brands that offer a Lifetime Warranty on their products. In addition to these brands our special contacts in Germany, Italy, France, Czech Republic, and Russia to bring you the rarest knives from around the world.

We are always interested in purchasing your knife collection, whether it is one piece or 1000 pieces, and are known for offering the best price. We also offer a Layaway plan for most every item we offer. Email us if you have a collection for sale, if you would like to put an item in a payment plan at  [email protected]
