Vintage 90's era (1994) Handmade Automatic by HUCK (HUCKABEE)   Tenn

During the Mid-90's knife collectors enjoyed the many unique models that "Huck" (Huckabee)  (Tennessee) made. All his models were coil activated side openers and featured a lightweight micarta frame with a stainless backspring. Handles featured colorful corian, laminate, or Imitation Pearl..

Huck passed away in the late 90's and his knives are now highly sought after collectibles. This particular model was the Huck "FLASH" Auto, which was made in 1994 exclusively for his distributor "Gordon Wofford" (whose nickname was "Flash Gordon"). (We obtained it back from the original collector who has kept it stored in his safe all these years). 

It features Beautiful Stamina Wood handles, ( mix of reds and browns), with black micarta bolsters. Mirror polished drop point blade measures 3 1/8" and features 440 Stainless & Hand File Work on the spine, Backspring is also file worked. Overall open is 7 1/4". The backspring above the bolster is marked "FLASH H 94" in script. Measures 4 1/4" closed.

Very Rare example of the early custom handmade automatic knife movement that many jumped on after seeing what Huck could do. Includes a custom zippered pouch. Features superb action and rock-solid lockup.
