Vintage American Made Colonial "Shur-Snap" "FATJACK" Switchblade with Blue Swirl Handles

Colonial was located in Providence, Rhode Island, and was formed by the Paolantonio brothers who originally were cutlers from Frosolone, Italy. This vintage 1950's era piece features a 3" Polished Carbon Steel Clip Point Blade has some minor staining.No pitting. . Measures 7" overall open.

Dark Blue Swirl plastic Handles with Brass Liners and a bail at the base. Measures 4" Closed. Sliding safety works. Tang is marked "SHUR SNAP COLONIAL PROV U.S.A." Overall Very Good  condition.

Blade is excellent and the tip seats below the liners. Action is good, lockup is excellent. Plastic handles show shrinkage.Marvelous example from the 50's. Includes a custom zippered pouch.
