Rare Vintage American Made Colonial "Shur-Snap" Bowtie Fishtail Switchblade.

1950's era piece with a 3 1/4" Mirror Polished Carbon Steel Blade. White Ivoroid (Imit Ivory) Composition Handles with Steel Liners (most are brass lined so this is a early example), and Steel Bolsters. Bolters have a built in Finger Guards (Bowtie). Measures 4" Closed. Sliding safety.

Overall Near Mint. Blade seats deep in the handle. Action is superb and lockup is excellent with slight up/down blade movement in the open position.. Blade is nice, clean, and full.
