1983 KABAR Dog's Head Folding Hunter (Olean, NY) Folding Hunter  with Jigged Bone Handles

Measures 5 1/4" closed. 4" Mirror Polished Clip Point Blade features 1095 Tool Steel. Serialized on the backside of the tang. Blade is marked "KA-BAR REG.U.S.PAT.OFF." on the tang. Beautiful Jigged Bone Bone Handles with a Nickel Silver DOG'S HEAD shield. Mirror Polished Nickel Silver Bolsters with Brass Liners. 

Blade has nice "walk and talk"= which means in knife lingo the blade has a strong backspring and snaps when closed= a traditional sign of quality. Mint piece with original Box (Knife has Never been used, carried or sharpened).  USA MADE.
