Paul Myers (Wood River, IL) Custom Handmade "Elephant Toenail" Pattern with Maple Wood Handles

 Measures 4 5/8" closed. 3" Satin Finished Stainless Clip Point main blade with a 2" secondary blade. Hand Engraved Nickel Silver Bolsters. Stainless Liners are Hand File Worked all around.. Stunning Maple Handles (resemble Mammoth Ivory) are dovetailed under the bolsters. Measures 9 3/4" overall open (with both blades open).

Tangs of the both blades are marked with the maker's name (MYERS) and logo. (Larger blade is numbered 660.) Blades have superb "walk and talk", and open and close smoothly and easily (You don't need a pair of pliers to open the blades). Paul was a superb maker, and was recognized for his quality work winning many awards at the Gateway Knife Show (St Louis, MO) Paul was a member of the Guild and passed away in January 2015.
