Vintage Imperial Knife Co "Hammer Brand" (Hammer Brand)  Toothpick "Jack O Matic" Switchblade with Cracked Ice Celluloid

 Features Cracked Ice Celluloid Wrapped Metal Handles.. 1950's era piece with a 3 1/4" Mirror Polished Carbon Steel Blade with a Fish Scaler on the top edge.. "Cracked Ice" Celluloid Wrapped Metal Handles are very nice with Polished Steel Bolsters. Measures 4 1/4" Closed. Sliding safety works fine. Overall very good condition.

Blade seats below the liners when closed. Action is good..Blade lockup is excellent with very little side/side or up/down blade play. Brass liners. Polished Carbon Steel Blade is full but has some minor staining on both sides. Tang stamps are exceptionally sharp and marked "HAMMER BRAND U.S.A." with a arm and bicep. Backside of the tang has patent #'s.

Handles are excellent on both sides with nice color with no fading or discoloration with little to no shrinkage. A great addition to the collection.  Nice piece. Includes a custom zippered pouch.
