Mini "Slip Joint" Pen Blade Folder  features a 1 1/2" stainless blade that is etched "CEM MANIAGO ITALY STAINLESS". Blue Bone Handles with Red toward the top. Bail located at the base.   CEM Coltellerie company was founded more than half a century ago in Maniago.  

 Tang is marked "STAINLESS ITALY"  ...Measures 2 1/8" closed. Aluminum liners. Measures 3 5/8" overall open. Cool little folder. New in the box.
