This was one of my best knife purchases ever. The knife is as well made as any Laguiole knife but huge and hefty. I was afraid to review it before purchasing it's counterpart on this site. The other isn't quite as heavy as it has no bolsters, but the full length buffalo horn is beautiful. No other knife store is offering these knives. I feel fortunate to add them to my collection. I have become a regular customer here and will keep coming back to find deals like these.
