RARE! Vintage SPAIN (60's-70's era) Made In/Out Front Opener

A very nice front opener (auto in/auto out), manufactured in Spain with an aluminum frame with Lexan Handles. High Mirror Polished Stainless Spear Point Blade measures 3 1/8" and is marked "PAT 96750 INOX". (This patent # sometimes appears on early, (1960 era), German, Italian and Spanish Made Front Openers). The patent number is almost unreadable. 

Measures 4 1/4" closed. Overall open is 7 1/4". Early production (60's-70's era) is no longer manufactured. In /Out Auto action is positive albeit with sound effects..

Although nowhere near the quality of the American made F/O models such as Microtech and Benchmade, this is not a low quality junker piece that will fall apart on you, but it shouldn't be your everyday carry either. The basic design for most all the f/o models are actually based on this piece.

Spanish made autos are extremely rare. They have been illegal in that country for years. This knife has been priced as high as $400+ elsewhere. Condition is very good. Lexan handles show some shrinkage. Obvious handling marks from being older than you are...(hopefully).  Includes a custom zippered storage pouch.
