1987 Ka-Bar KABAR AXE/KNIFE Combo Slip Joint Folder with Jigged Bone

Very Cool Vintage (1987) piece from Kabar. Mirror Polished Axe (1095 Tool Steel), measures 3 5/8" with a 1 5/8" wide SHARP cutting edge. 3 1/2" mirror polished clip point blade (3 1/8" sharpened edge).  Polished Nickel Silver Bolsters with extra nice jigged bone handles.

 Overall length open is 8 1/2" (with the clip blade open), 8 5/8" with the Axe Blade open. Measures 5" closed.

High Quality piece USA Made by Kabar (Olean, NY). Axe Blade is marked "KABAR" on the tang. Main clip point blade is marked "KABAR". Backside of the tang is marked "AX7". Includes Kabar Factory Box ... Mint Piece. Unused/Uncarried..Sitting in a safe for nearly 50 years.
