1991 Ka-Bar Dog's Head Classic Pen Knife Slip Joint Folder with Ivory Micarta

Vintage (1991) piece from Kabar. Classic 2 Blade Pen Knife Pattern with Ivory Micarta Handles. Nickel Silver Bolsters with Nickel Silver Dog's Head Inlay. 2 5/8" Mirror Polished, Laser Etched Main Blade features (1095 Tool Steel). Additional 1 7/8" pen blade is serialized on the backside of the tang (#314).. 

 Overall length with both blades open is 8 1/2". Measures 4" closed. High Quality piece USA Made by Kabar (Olean, NY). Main clip point blade is marked "KABAR". Backside of the tang is marked "CBS91". Includes Kabar Factory Box ... Mint Piece. Unused/Uncarried..Sitting in a safe for nearly 50 years. (501 of these were made and available only thru the Kabar's collectors club.  Priced as high as $250 elsewhere..
