Early Buck 80's era BUCKMASTER Survival Knife w/ Sheath
[BK-184]

Early Production (1985 Manufacture) BUCK Model 184  BUCKMASTER  SURVIVAL KNIFE with Heavy Duty Sheath and Compass.

Early production Piece (mid 80's era Total of 13008 of this model was made between the middle of July 1985 and September 1985). (This is considered the "First Type Blade Design" 1984-1987)Features a 7 5/8" clip point designed silver Beadblast finished stainless blade .

Sawteeth/Serrations on the top edge are designed to be tough enough to open up the cockpit of an aircraft. Overall length is 12 5/8". Knurled aluminum hollow handle with removable/waterproof cap with O ring and lanyard. Removable survival "spikes" built into the finger guard. Sheath weighs 10oz. Knife weighs 1lb 8.9oz.

High Impact Molded Sheath system with built in sharpening stone on the backside and pocket on the frontside with a compass. Nearly every Buckmaster we have seen shows some type of wear due to the finish of the blade and design of the sheath, which when inserted will show wear marks on the Matte Finished Blade. This one is the "cleanest" we have ever offered.

Overall Excellent condition. Very nice example of a early production model. Appears to have never been carried or used. No Box.. Great for your "bug-out" bag so you will be prepared for the next pandemic.
