Vintage Traditional Two-Blade Trapper Pattern made by (KABAR), Olean, NY Slip Joint Folder with Jigged Bone Handles. Quality Piece Made in the USA. Nickel Silver Bolsters with KA-BAR Shield Inlay in the handles. Measures 4 1/8" closed. Mirror polished 3 3/8" Clip & Spey Blades.
Tang is marked "KA-BAR OLEAN, N.Y." on the main blade. Backside of the tang is serialized 0112. Part of a serialized set of three trappers (stag, pearl, and bone) that came in a set. (457 were made). Beautiful classic pattern pocket knife for the finest collection. Mint piece.
