Early (1985) Pacific Cutlery Model 148 (TANTO) Pre-Benchmade  Balisong Folder 

  Rare (Pre-Benchmade) Pacific Cutlery (Japan) Balisong. Features skeletonized cast aluminum Handles. Very similar to Benchmade's economical models (Models 239 & 259) from early 2000-2005..Measures 5 1/4" closed. Very Nice mint example. 

Features a 4 3/8" Stainless blade (3 3/4" sharpened edge), that is extra thick .  Much thicker than Benchmade's economical models were. These blades were very nicely ground. Rarely do you come across this model, and when you do it is usually beat to death.

This example is in excellent condition. Blade has never been sharpened. You would be hard pressed to find a better example out there. Includes a original cocoon web sheath. . (No Box). Hard piece to find for your Balisong Collection. Priced right.
