Ordering Information: We are located in the USA...Mid South

(International Customers)-  We do not, (cannot), Ship Automatic Knives internationally. We can however ship manual opening/operated and/or fixed blades to our international customers as long as the item is legal in your country.

Order with confidence. We are Factory Authorized Dealers for Microtech, Protech, AGA Campolin, Kershaw, Zero Tolerance, Gerber, Benchmade & Piranha. We also manufacture our own line of knives.

We are a family business, and have been in business since 1987, and we are the only dealer that features our own "in house" Custom Shop that creates one of a kind exclusives that can be found only at AIK! Our Lead Artist / Customizer / Engraver /  (Andrew Lee Adams), is recognized for his  Rehandling, Customizations, File Work, Milgrain Work, and of course his engraving. 

Note: All Items we offer for sale are Factory New (unless otherwise stated in the description or the vintage pieces). We do purchase collections and offer consignment items, but they are MINT or NEAR MINT unless otherwise stated in the description.  Obviously, knives in our Scratch & Dent and Vintage Sections are used, but we try to accurately describe these as carefully as possible. Please read the complete description when ordering..

Several Items we offer may be listed in the description as "THIS ITEM HAS BEEN SOLD" or "CUSTOM SHOP EXCLUSIVE" in the description ..This means exactly what it says = that this item is sold, and is not currently available; so the price is listed as $0. 

They are listed for reference only for collectors or they are left "on" or "active" because a "REVIEW" has been written about the item... Often times you can special order this item, so ask us or email, and we will contact you with the price and "build time". (Some people actually think the item is available for $0. Please read the desciption before ordering, so you don't look like a fool and think you are getting something for free.)

Some Items are marked "This Item Can Be Special Ordered". You can also "special order" these items by "checking the item out" thru the site. Your account will not be charged the full amount until we ship. Please read the description for more information, or email us for any questions you may have.

We've been around since the mid eighties, long before the internet, so we enjoy taking your order over the phone! If you call and you get our answering machine, this means we are on the other line, in our custom shop, or with a customer. Please call back or leave a message and we will return your call, (usually within the hour).


Please Note that our emails, (especially our monthly update flyers), may sometime end up in your Spam Folder, so please check this when looking for order updates, or any other communication with us, and adjust your email settings so you won't miss our special deals or order updates..


Adams Intl Knifeworks offers only the finest knives and collectibles from around the world, so you can be assured of personal satisfaction; however, if you are unhappy for any reason, you may return the item to us (in the same condition as purchased), within 5 (Five) days for a prompt replacement, exchange, credit, or refund. (Shipping charges are not refundable).  Items must be factory new and unused. If you carry it, take it apart, cut stuff, "try it out for a day", or destroy the package: you own it.

IMPORTANT: All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restock fee. Disassembly of any item will void both the manufacturer’s warranty and our guarantee. Almost all knife brands and custom/handmade knives we offer feature a limited lifetime warranty from the manufacturer or maker. (The exception would be Italian Classics, Hubertus, and other foreign made models which do not have a warranty). We do not offer a lifetime warranty on foreign made knives, (we can repair them in the rare case they do break), but if a spring breaks, or something else goes wrong, one year or one week down the road our custom shop may be able to repair the problem, but they do not have a warranty.

Warranty work on Handmade Knives is obviously handled through the maker; not AIK, this means you have to contact the maker for the repair..

In the case you must return an item, please email first for instructions and to obtain our return address. If the item is not defective you will be subject to a 20% restock fee.

This is to eliminate "window shopping"= those who just want to handle the knife. Knives are unique items, and unlike other items sold online, (like jeans or shoes or whatever), you can decide whether you like it or not within a few minutes. We take multiple pictures of the item, (more than any other website), so you can make a confident decision on your purchase, If you are unsure or need additional pics, we will gladly accommodate your request. We will not ship / cannot ship to an address or individual that is different than the billing address of the credit/debit card. 

We ship via UPS ...(United Parcel Service) or via USPS (United States Postal Service)=(Alaska or Hawaii or PO Boxes)

Add $14.95 Shipping to all Orders Regardless of Size.  

 Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii are shipped via USPS (Post Office). Please allow 3-5 days for delivery via Priority Mail, however most items are delivered within 1-5 days depending on your location (via United Parcel). 

Signature Confirmation Requests: (If you prefer to sign for your package let us know in the comment box during checkout). We want your order to arrive safely and to the right person, so please help us out. UPS -United Parcel has a significant "upcharge" for a Signature = ($6). This request may require us to ship via USPS-US Post Office Signature Delivery, unless you want to cover the upcharge fee.

Please make sure your "ship to" address is correct and if you live in a "Apt #", or have a "Suite #" or "Floor" please let us have this information.

Express Mail (Overnight) is available for $45.  Express shipments are now shipped via UPS ~ United Parcel Service=. (If you insist on a different carrier like USPS or Fed Ex please contact us first and note that the rate may exceed $45, (The final price depends on the size, weight, and location) however the mininum charge is $45. 

To clarify what Express Delivery or Next Day Air or Next Day Air Saver or Second Day Air actually is, we will define these terms for you.

Please note that since we are now using UPS-United Parcel, if we ship out on a Friday and you request Next Day Air then it will arrive on Monday. (Not Saturday/Not Sunday).

Saturday Delivery is a completely different animal and is optional and expensive. We rarely use it unless the customer specifically requests it. It is usually double the price= (Mininum $90 for Next Day Air Saturday Delivery), but each delivery is different and the price could be higher or lower. You have to request this option in the comment box upon checkout.

Next Day Air Saver and Next Day Air are two different services.

Next Day Air Saver is what you get when you pay $45, this means you will receive your package the next business day by the end of the day. This is what we use and it is very dependable and almost always on time.

Next Day Air is the next business day by 10:30AM. It is an option and must be requested and is more expensive and is based on the address; typically it runs from $60-$120 depending on your locale. Email us FIRST before you request it and expect to pay more. You must request this option in the comment box upon checkout.

Second Day Air is delivered in two business days, and is available for $25. If you request this on Thursday you will get it on Monday. UPS does not count the weekend! You must request this option in the comment box upon checkout.

Most, but not all= Express Orders are delivered the next day, (Excluding Weekends and Holidays), some addresses are Two Day; it is rare and they are usually rural areas. Note that Express Deliveries are NOT Guaranteed.  COVID put a stop to that, so you do not receive a refund on your shipping if it is a day late.

USPS-US POST OFFICE : Alaska & Hawaii usually require 3-5 business days via Priority Mail and must be shipped via US Post Office.  USPS Express delivery may take two days. For example: if you order on Monday, your package will arrive on Wednesday). This applies only to certain zip codes, not all; to be sure email us for an exact delivery date.....Puerto Rico and other US Territories must be shipped via USPS...

All items pictured on our site are in stock and ready to ship; however on occasion we may not of had time to remove an item that is sold out or is no longer available. If you have any questions about specs or availability of customized items feel free to email anytime at

We will not ship to an address or individual that is different than the billing address of the credit/debit card. This is to prevent credit card fraud...We do this to protect you..You may be asked to provide a faxed copy of an I.D. or other information. We apologize for such inconvenience, however find it necessary to prevent fraud. If you have done business with us before you won't have any problems; if you have not, expect such delays and make sure your billing address is correct. 

We promise you will like us once we get to know each other; we've been around since 1987 for a reason..We have, what we believe, (and our regular customers think), to be the finest customer service available. We inspect every item before shipping it out, to make sure it is working properly, and does not have any defects. 

We treat you like we would like to be treated. Our Custom Shop is the finest available, and we take pride in our work. Some of the finest collections have been built from our product line, and everyone in the knife world who is someone knows our name.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, AmEx, Personal Checks (held until cleared), or Money Orders.

We do not accept International Credit/Debit cards!

We DO NOT accept PayPal = PayPal is Anti Gun and Anti Knife, and Anti American and Total Assholes.  If you use them you are supporting a company that is working to take away your Gun and Knife rights. Don't sacrifice convenience for a group that is actively working to destroy your 2nd Amendment rights. They Suck. Why would you support them? 

Please make sure your billing address is correct when filling out our secure online order form; if it does not match your credit card we cannot and will not ship your item. Note that when mailing in a check or money order request our mailing address for order acceptance........Sorry, we do not accept COD orders.

Check your Spam Mailbox! When checking for order updates, or other communications with us, sometimes our emails may end up in your spam folder due to your filter...So please check this if you are waiting to hear from us!


.................AIK's LayAway is very simple and easy to use!

To place an item in layaway you first need to email us at or call at 618-656-9868 to make sure the item can be placed in Layaway.  Once you find out that your item is acceptable you can begin the checking out process.

 "Check out" the item online with a credit or debit card just like a normal transaction on the website but be sure to write "Layaway" in the comment box.  Your order status will then be change from “Processing” to "Layaway".

Your card will not be charged the full amount at the time of checkout. A 30% Initial Deposit is required as the First Payment. (In other words, if the item costs $400 ...30% of that or $120 is required as the initial down payment, then the remaining balance= ($280),  is split up in two payments = ($140 ), at the 30 and 60 day marks.)

There is also a one item limit in layaways as well, and you will not be able to place a new layaway until your old layaway is closed and paid in full.

AIK’s layaway system gives you 60 days to pay off your layaway; AIK does not require a non-refundable charge like other companies, nor do we have the attitude that you encounter from other companies. We actually appreciate your business and value you as a customer/collector. However, if you do not pay off your layaway and ask for a refund you will be charged a 40% restock fee. 

After the 40% initial deposit is made; the remaining balance is split into two equal payments which is due at the 30 and 60 day marks.  You can apply whatever dollar amount you wish at any time to pay off your item, however the minimum payment is due at the 30 day and 60 day regardless.  If we do not hear from you then it will be automatically applied on those dates. 

 The deposit and other payments towards the layaway will be charged to your card throughout the 60 days and you will be notified with an email or call letting you know your card has now been charged.

If you have an item on layaway and the credit/debit card payment you make on the item is denied, then you have three days to apply the payment or the item will be relisted and it will be taken out of layaway.

AIK has been in the business since 1987. We are specialists in automatic knives, but would be happy to handle any type of knives for you, Manual or Auto, custom or factory, antique or current production, and can handle any sized collection. large or just one individual piece.

Contact us via phone or email with information about the knives that you want to sell. We handle all the pictures and write-ups, and will work out pricing with you once we receive your knives.

Once a knife is sold, you will receive 75% of the final sale price of the knife. We have no other bogus or administrative fees and usually have your items listed on the site within the week they arrive.
